Eligibility for Refunds<\/h3><ul><li>Returns will be processed within 7 days.<br \/>\u2022 Refunds will be initiated within 10 days.<br \/>\u2022 The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.<br \/>\u2022 We will exchange or refund the item, provided it is returned to us in the same unworn, unwashed condition, with the swing tag still intact and in the clear packaging it was sent in, within 7 days of the buyer receiving it.<br \/>\u2022 If there is a scent of perfume or a mark on the item due to makeup or deodorant from trying on the item, the return will be refused, and the item will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the return procedures have not been followed.<br \/>\u2022 Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and any shipping charges for returning or refunding items will be borne by the customer. This applies to both the original shipping fees and return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.<br \/>\u2022 In the interest of hygiene, hijabs and under caps will only be accepted for a return if they have not been worn or tried on. If there are any signs of wear, the item will be returned to the purchaser.<\/li><\/ul><h3>2. Non-Refundable Items<\/h3><ul><li>We do not offer refunds for the following items:<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Personalized or Custom Orders:<\/strong> Items that have been personalized or custom-made specifically for you.<\/li><li><strong>Final Sale \/ Clearance Sale:<\/strong> Items marked as &#8220;Final Sale&#8221; or &#8220;Clearance Sale&#8221; at the time of purchase are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please carefully review your purchase before completing the transaction, as these items are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.<\/li><li><strong>Hijab pins &amp; magnets<\/strong> are non-returnable and non-refundable.<\/li><\/ul><h3>3. How to Request a Refund<\/h3><ul><li><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Contact our customer service team at info.uk@shaikhas.com to request a refund authorization.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Once your refund request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Ship the item back to us using the address provided in the refund authorization. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.<\/li><\/ul><h3>4. Refund Process<\/h3><ul><li>Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<br \/>\u2022 If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.<br \/>\u2022 Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.<\/li><\/ul><h3>5.
