Return and Refund Policy
At Shaikha’s Gallery, we value your satisfaction and aim to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience with us.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Returns will be processed within 7 days.
• Refunds will be initiated within 10 days.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• We will exchange or refund the item, provided it is returned to us in the same unworn, unwashed condition, with the swing tag still intact and in the clear packaging it was sent in, within 7 days of the buyer receiving it.
• If there is a scent of perfume or a mark on the item due to makeup or deodorant from trying on the item, the return will be refused, and the item will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the return procedures have not been followed.
• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and any shipping charges for returning or refunding items will be borne by the customer. This applies to both the original shipping fees and return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
• In the interest of hygiene, hijabs and under caps will only be accepted for a return if they have not been worn or tried on. If there are any signs of wear, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- We do not offer refunds for the following items:
- Personalized or Custom Orders: Items that have been personalized or custom-made specifically for you.
- Final Sale / Clearance Sale: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance Sale” at the time of purchase are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please carefully review your purchase before completing the transaction, as these items are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.
- Hijab pins & magnets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info.uk@shaikhas.com to request a refund authorization.
• Step 2: Once your refund request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
• Step 3: Ship the item back to us using the address provided in the refund authorization. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
• Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info.uk@shaikhas.com.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
