- Please note that shipping time(s) and cost(s) may vary depending on your location.
- Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.
- Shipping Costs
- Shipping within India is Free for all orders above INR. 2000
- For Orders below that, we charge a flat INR. 100 shipping fee.
- Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (if any email provided) or will receive a message on whatsapp with the shipping details and the courier used. The courier is responsible for delivering the item to you and we cannot control their delivery time. Our Team can assist you in Tracking and updating you on the shipment.
- The courier will only deliver to the address specified and will not leave the item(s) with a neighbour or any other address(es). If no one is at home to accept the item the courier should be provided details for re-arranging delivery for another day.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.
- Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will followup with the shipping carrier.
- It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the correct address is entered on the order. Shaikha’s will take no responsibility if an incorrect address has been entered and the buyer does not receive the item.
